Grapes and Eyesight - Level 0

This article describes new research suggesting that grapes are good for the eyes, building muscle strength in the retina and protecting the eyes from blue light damage. Blue light is harmful light emitted from devices such as computer screens and can cause eye damage. This research is good news for people who don't like to eat carrots, because grapes are also a good food for the eyes.

My experience with this article is that it made me understand the benefits of grapes, and also reminded me to protect my eyes and avoid using electronic products for a long time. I think this research is very meaningful and can help many people who are elderly or have poor vision to improve their eye condition.

A-self-introduction

My name is Vivi, and I am 19 years old. I hail from Hsinchu City and am currently enrolled in the Accounting Information program at Taipei Business University. I am a sophomore in college. There are four members in my family: my dad, mom, younger brother, and myself.

My interests include binge-watching TV series, watching anime, reading manga, and listening to music. I am not a fan of sports or doing household chores, and I don't know how to cook. When I have free time, I prefer staying at home and sleeping. My favorite anime is Detective Conan, and my favorite cartoon character is Pom Pom Purin.
